Three children died and three other persons sustained when dilapidated roof of a house caved in during heavy rain that lashed the provincial metropolis on Friday.
According to Rescue 1122, the incident occurred in Saraich village of Kahna area here where eight-month-old Katib, five-year-old Iram and Adil died when roof of their house collapsed.
On information, Rescue 1122, rushed to the scene and pulled the dead bodies and injured out the rubble.
Meanwhile, in another incident, three persons sustained injuries when roof of a house collapsed in Raiwind area. The Deputy Commissioner Lahore directed to provide best medical facilities to the injured.
