Lahore Division Mas-Wrestling team was selected for 4th Kyrgyz Ambassador National Mas-Wrestling Championship to be held at sports ground, Multan, from December 4-6.
For selection 28 male and 14 female mas-wrestlers participated in the trials held at National Weightlifting Club Punjab Stadium Lahore. Former International Weightlifter and Powerlifter Aqeel Javed Butt, who is also Senior Vice President Punjab Mas-Wrestling Association conducted the trials.
Female Mas-Wrestlers Amna Baber 55kg, Arooj Mohammad Hussain 65 kg, Amber 75 kg, Amna Khan +85 kg, male Mas-Wrestlers Saad Shah Bukhari 60 kg, Mohammad Ali 70 kg, Mohammad Zubair 80 kg, Basharat Ali 90 kg, Waqar 105 kg, Ahmad 125 kg were selected. Arooj and Aqsa Mohammad Hussain were selected in 65 kg class Waseem Ahmed and Mohammad Ali in70 kg and Shahzadee Nazar woman coach.
