PPP Vice President and Senator Sherry Rehman has said that the decision of the federal government to stop providing funds for the development projects of the provinces is unconstitutional and extremely worrying.
The federal government is responsible for the lack of resources. Sherry Rehman said in her tweet that the federal government wants to abdicate its constitutional responsibility by shifting its financial burden to the provinces.
The federation has to play its part in the provincial development projects in accordance with the constitution.—INP
