Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) Chief Mustafa Kamal on Tuesday said that country can only be developed by devolving the powers to lower level.In a statement, the PSP chief said that there is a need to take powers from Chief Minister House and give it to local governments. Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) Chief Mustafa Kamal further urged the people to demand provision of resources for smooth running of the system.
The Constitution allows us to force the government to fulfill the rights of the people, he added.
