A man along with his father shot injured his elderly mother over property dispute here on Thursday and escaped the scene, police said.
According to details, the incident took place in Qila Ghous Tarediwali Sharqpur district Sheikhupura where an accused with support of his support of father opened fire at his 65-year-old mother Suriya Bibi.
The elderly woman who was in dispute with son over property share was critically injured in firing and shifted to hospital.
The culprits fled the scene of crime and the police after registering a case against them started raids for their arrest.
