The Karachi police, taking immediate action on the complaint of a Chinese citizen, arrested the accused taxi driver who robbed the Chinese citizen and registered a case.
According to the police, Gaoxioegjic, a Chinese resident, had come to Karachi, Pakistan on a 10-day visit visa and was staying at Florida Homes DHA.
The Chinese resident hired a cab for a seru entertainment at ten o’clock in the morning.The taxi driver took one lakh rupees in cash, mobile phone, laptop, passport and other items from the Chinese resident.
According to the police, the Chinese citizen registered a case of the incident in the Maripur police station of Kemari district, on which the Maripur police arrested the taxi driver Abdul Qadir and recovered the stolen goods of the Chinese citizen from the possession of the accused. SHO Maripur said that further investigation and disciplinary action has been initiated into the incident.
