Eminent educationist Prof. Dr. Ahmed Bilal Waqar has been appointed Pro-Rector of The University of Chenab (UoC) Gujarat. Dr. Ahmad Bilal Waqar has completed his doctorate and post-doctorate degrees from Japan and has held prominent academic and administrative positions in reputed higher education institutions of the country.
Dr. Ahmed Bilal Waqar is working as an active member in several international research associations, societies and institutions, and presented several research papers at the international level in medical fields, especially molecular pathology.
