In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a motorcyclist and a woman were killed and two pil-lion-riders were injured in a road accident in two different areas of the territory.
An incident took place when a motorcyclist col-lided with a vehicle in Lidroo Pahalgam area of Islamabad district, resulting in critical injuries to the motorcyclist Manzoor Ahmad Butt and two pillion riders namely Abdul Ahad Mir and Rauf Ahmad Butt.
The injured trio was evacuated from the site to PHC Pahalgam, where Manzoor Ahmad Butt suc-cumbed to his injuries.
A woman died after she was hit by a moving train while taking a selfie with her child in between Srinagar and Budgam junction. The woman died on the spot.
On the other hand, two trucks got buried under snow after an avalanche hit Zojila area while drivers were rescued in injured condition.
Meanwhile, a massive fire broke out in a multi-storeyed shopping complex, just opposite to Sir Syed Gate of University of Kashmir, at Dargah Hazratbal in Srinagar. The fire broke out in a multi-storeyed shopping complex and spread to other compartments of the complex, housing several food outlets, including that of Hattrick and Amigos.—KMS
