After LWMC started performing mechanical sweeping and washing by its own resources that leads to save Rs 687 million annually, LWMC saves Rs 98.5 million annually in hiring of labour contractor for providing skilled unskilled & semi skilled labour, by rationalising labour strength LWMC saves Rs 91.2 million annually, Rs 50 million annually from workshop, Rs 18.2 million annually from Lakhoder rental machinery and fuel, Rs 14.1 million annually saving from rationalising fuel, Rs 10.8 million annually saving from weighbridge, Rs 7.04 million annually saving from hiring of transaction advisor (consultant) for new outsourcing of SWM services in Lahore, Rs 5 million annually is being saved from additional cost of corporate staff, LWMC saved Rs 4.5 million annually in hiring of health insurance services and Rs 0.4 million annually in email hosting services.
