An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) approved the police request on Wednesday for being granted physical remand of former deputy speaker of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and PTI leader Mehmood Jan, handing him over to police for two days. The former deputy speaker KP was accused of killing a person and injuring another person over a property dispute in the Reggi area here.
According to the investigating officer, a case of murder and attempted murder was registered against the accused in Reggi police station. He said that the accused needed to be investigated, so physical remand should be granted.—APP
