The School Education Department is likely to extend winter holidays by another week keeping in view the severity of the cold weather, it was learnt on Wednesday. The parents have also demanded to extend the vacation by one week due to the harsh weather coupled with dense fog in the morning, saying the month of January is likely to get even colder.
