PESHAWAR – The authorities in Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa announced new school timings for Ramadan 2024.
The school timings were changed to accommodate the students and staff members who observe fasting in the Holy Month. The trimmed school hours also allowed juniors and teachers to observe prayers while observing the fast.
The new school timings will be effective from March 12, 2024 (Tuesday).

As per the new timings shared by KP Education Department, the primary schools will start from 7:30 am to 11:10 am from Monday to Thursday and 7:30-10:05 am for Friday.
For middle, secondary, and higher secondary schools, the classes will commence at 7:30 am and end at 12:15 pm from Monday – Thursday and 7:30-10:25 on Friday.
