Karachi man arrested for harassing, groping woman in Pak Colony (VIDEO)

KARACHI – Police in Karachi arrested a man who sexually harassed and groped a woman in broad daylight.

The shameful incident was reported from Pak Colony which was caught on CCTV camera, showing a man walking down a lane before he grabbed a veiled woman, raising concerns over the women’s safety.

The culprit managed to escape from the spot but was later held with the help of a viral CCTV shared online.

As the man was arrested, the victim has not yet come forward to file a police complaint.

Several similar cases of harassment were reported in Karachi, Lahore, and other cities. Another man was caught flashing himself to female students in Karachi in broad daylight.

Women harassment is a lingering problem that affects women in physical, verbal, and psychological abuse. The problem is pervasive, occurring in public spaces, workplaces, educational institutions, and even online.

In recent times, there has been a growing awareness and activism around the issue, leading to legal reforms and initiatives but despite these efforts, such cases continue to surface.
