The dismal state of education in the country serves as a stark reflection of the tepid interest exhibited by state institutions in transformative initiatives. Pakistan grapples with an educational crisis marked by disparities, a high number of out-of-school children, limited access to quality education, and a shortage of qualified human resources in the sector. In contrast, the global landscape is rapidly advancing across all sectors, with education taking the lead in empowering nations to compete in the modern world.
The adoption of artificial intelligence has become a contemporary imperative, a tool essential for modernizing the education sector along progressive lines. Despite the urgency, Pakistan has lagged in the educational domain for years. Failure to align with the needs of the contemporary era will jeopardize Pakistan’s ability to secure a bright future for its citizens.
