ISLAMABAD – A furious female driver apparently drove her car into a traffic officer in the capital city after being stopped for a violation.
A clip is widely shared online showing the woman in a Honda Civic as she engaged in a heated argument shouting at the traffic cop for stopping her at toll plaza in Islamabad.
The woman, whose identity was not revealed by capital police, can be heard hurling abuses at the police official, who tried filming her and telling her to calm down.
Amid the heat of the moment, the woman driver warns another traffic police cop to move aside. When he refuses, and then drives her car into him, causing him to be tossed into the air, before fleeing the scene.
A police patrolling car can be seen chasing after her. As the clip was all over the internet, Islamabad Traffic Police said the incident occurred in January this year and the woman was booked for her action.
