Lahore property valuation: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is the competent authority to determine the market value of the immoveable properties in different cities of Pakistan.

The valuation is determined in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001).

Latest value of residential and commercial properties available on official FBR website was determined in 2022, shows the official documents.

The top tax authority also determined the property valuation of all areas of Lahore, which shows that value of residential property in Abdalian Coop Society in Allama lqbal Town stands at Rs464,700 per Marla while commercial property value stands at Rs3,323,520 per marla.

The residential property value located on Edgerton Road front in Gulberg Town stands at Rs6,147,050 while commercial property value has been determined at Rs7,191,170.
