JOIN our Global March against anti-Semitism is a video by the Jews posted on Facebook today, in which they have appealed the Jews world over to join in their March, as they have threats and they need to combat all forms of hatred everywhere . I would very briefly like to comment on it to cast away the misconception created by this video. I am doing it in the larger interest of peace, harmony and humanity. I have no axe to grind as I am a well known humanist and a humanitarian and diametrically oppose racial discrimination and religious extremism.
There is no anti- Semitic movement any where in the whole world. Being Muslims we have always condemned the Holocaust. The solution of the Middle East Conflict lies in Two State Formula accepted by Israel and Palestine as a resolution of UN and according to OSLO Accord. Israel should act upon UN resolutions. Instead, Israel is acting like a Terrorist state. For the last Seven decades, Israel has been perpetrating unprecedented atrocities on armless Palestinians. Hamas has emerged as a reactionary force to get freedom from Israeli aggression. It is highly unfortunate that the 40 thousand civilians of Gaza Strip have been mercilessly killed by the fascist regime of Benjamin Netanyahu. Israel must end war, stop the genocide of the Palestinians and implement UN resolutions.
The attack of Hamas on Israeli civilians in October, 2024 cannot be justified by any means. Their claim is that Israel keeps on arresting, harassing, killing and torturing the Palestinians without their any crime or guilt, hence they have taken the arms to liberate Palestine from the yolk of Israel. In the reaction, Israel has started the genocide of the civilians of Gaza who have nothing to do with the act of Hamas. In five months, forty thousand civilians of Gaza have been mercilessly killed. Benjamin Netanyahu has political interest and intends to take advantage of the situation. He had lost his image as a good Prime Minister as he could not deliver. He is getting popularity at the cast of the blood of the Palestinians which is highly horrible and condemnable.
Now, the students of American, French, British, Canadian and German universities and civil society, in which the Jews, the Christians and the Muslims are participating have risen against the genocide of the civilians of Gaza and demand the end of the genocide. What is wrong in it? Is it anti- Semitic? Has any body demanded the persecution of the Jews anywhere in the world? When the Jewish marchers demand “the urgent need to combat all forms of hatred everywhere”, who is hating the Jews? No one. The Muslim countries are dumb, dead and dead. No Muslim country has played any role in preventing the genocide of innocent civilians of Gaza. In America and in the West, these are the Christians who believe in human rights and freedom and are rallying and protesting against aggression. They are not terrorists but are terribly beaten and arrested. American public and the Western world want the end of war in Gaza but their governments are fanning the flames of war and preparing the ground for Third World War.
Under the circumstances, it is appealed that Israel should act upon the UN resolutions and stop the genocide of the Palestinians. The world powers that are supporting the Israelis bestial policies are harming democracy, justice and peace. “ Join our global fight against anti- Semitism”, is the appeal of the International Jewish Marcher. I request them not to invite people for fight, instead invite people for peace. Do not sow the toxic seeds of hatred, please spread the fragrance of love in the world. We are with you as humans. Stop aggression and ask Benjamin Netanyahu to respect UN resolutions and human rights. Stay blessed with peace.
