LAHORE – NADRA is the competent authority to issue National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) to citizens of Pakistan, who lives abroad or intend to go to foreign country for employment of study.
It is mandatory for the applicant to provide the passport number while submitting an application for obtaining NICOP. The holder of their identity document can travel to Pakistan without any visa in case of dual nationality.
Where to Apply for NICOP
An applicant in Pakistan can apply for your NICOP by either visiting NADRA Registration Center (NRC) or through Pak-Identity website.
Process to Apply for NICIOP at NADRA Registration Centers
You can apply for NICOP by going to the nearest NADRA Registration Center (NRC).
Following are the steps which you will be following at the NRC:
You will be issued a token
Your photograph will be captured
Your fingerprints and signature will be taken
Your required data entry will be done and form will be printed to be reviewed by yourself
You will be handed over a printed version of your application form.

You can apply for your Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (SNICOP) by visiting Pak Identity website and have it delivered to your doorstep.
NICOP Fee for Germany in Pak Rupees
Nadra has two different fee structure for NICOP. It has divided the world countries in two zones – A and B. The fee is different for both zones.
As Germany falls in Zone A, the normal fee for new NICOP stands at Rs11,340, urgent fee Rs16,589 and executive fee at Rs21,820, as of September 2024

The applicant has to pay the fee for NICOP in dollars if he/she applying for NICOP online.
The normal fee for NICOP for Germany stands at $39 while urgent fee is $57 and executive fee is $75.
