ISLAMABAD – The rising trend of gold rates in local market continues, with bullion prices moving up by Rs1000 per tola.
Data shared by Sarafa Association shows the price of gold moving up by Rs 1,000 per tola to Rs273,600. In addition, the price of 10 grams of gold jumped by Rs857, bringing its value to Rs 234,568.

Globally, gold prices moved up by $18, reaching $2,645 per ounce. It is also noteworthy that last year, Pakistan revised its method for determining gold prices, setting them at $20 per ounce higher than the international market rate.
