The observatory will feature an automated communication and linkage system, a Geographic Information System (GIS) lab, a sectoral interface mechanism, and a modern data hub.
It will also incorporate a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) system to support climate-related scientific research.
To ensure operational excellence, world-class professionals will be recruited, and sector-specific environmental experts will be trained through structured internship programs.
The meeting also approved the formation of a dedicated data archive, a coordination unit, and an international communication cell.
