LAHORE – The buying rate of Omani Rial in open market of Pakistan remained unchangedas it stood at Rs733.4 while the selling rate at Rs741.9 on Monday, 2 June 2025, in open market.
The Omani Rial is the official currency of Oman. It is abbreviated as OMR. One Riyal is subdivided into 1000 baisa.

Meanwhile, Pakistan received $3.2 billion in wake of remittances in April 2025, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
Remittances moved up by 13.1% year over year, compared to $2.81 billion recorded in April 2025. On a monthly basis, remittances recorded a decline of 22%, compared to $4.1 billion in March 2025.
On the other hand, the total liquid foreign reserves of Pakistan stood at $16,636.7 million as of May 23 as compared to $16,648.5 million in week ended on May 16.
Furthermore, the reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan increased to $11,516 million compared to previous $ 11,446.5 million.
Meanwhile, the net foreign reserves held by commercial banks recorded as $5,120.7 million as compared to previous reserves of $5,202 million.
