KARACHI – Pakistani superstar Humayun Saeed on Wednesday said that jealousy and resentment destroy a person from within.
“Let go of envy and stop stressing out—you’ll stay young forever,” said Humayun Saeed while revealing the secret behind his youthful appearance and fitness despite being 57 years old.
Humayun Saeed and Mahira Khan are currently busy promoting their upcoming film Love Guru, which is scheduled to release on Eidul Azha. As part of the promotional tour, the two stars are traveling to different countries and meeting fans, while also appearing in multiple interviews.
Although Humayun has crossed the age of 50, he is often praised for looking much younger than his actual age due to his impressive fitness.
During a promotional event, when asked about the secret to staying young and fit, the actor humorously responded, “Do I look like an old man to you right now?”—prompting laughter from the audience.
He then shared his fitness mantra, saying, “Exercise regularly, stay fit, and stop being bitter or jealous of others. Focus on your own work, and you’ll remain healthy.”
