KARACHI – Gold shines brighter than ever in Pakistan as yellow metal set new record, touching Rs363,000 mark in Pakistan on June 14, 2025.
Data shared by the Saraffa Association shows the price of 24-karat gold jumping by Rs1,500 to Rs363,000 per tola. The price of 10 grams of gold also increased by Rs1,206, now selling at Rs311,213 in the local market.

This marks the second consecutive day of gains for the precious metal. On Friday, gold had already surged by Rs4,600 per tola to hit Rs361,500. Saturday’s increase pushes the rate to its highest level in Pakistan’s history.
In the international market, gold prices climbed by $15 to settle at $3,432 per ounce, including a $20 premium, according to APGJSA.
Meanwhile, silver prices also edged up. The price of silver increased by Rs7 per tola, closing at Rs3,787.
Experts attribute the continued rise in gold prices to global economic uncertainties, inflationary pressures, and increased demand for safe-haven assets. With investors seeking stability amid market volatility, gold continues to shine both globally and locally.
