KARACHI – Gold prices declined in Pakistan on Thursday, extending losses to a fourth day amid sluggish demand in the international market.
Data shared by Saraffa Association shows a downward trend in gold prices. Per tola gold decreased by Rs460, bringing the new rate to Rs. 358,595 while the price of 10 grams of bullion fell by Rs394, now standing at Rs. 307,437.

This latest drop follows a significant decrease of Rs. 2,245 per tola recorded just a day earlier, signaling a persistent decline in the precious metal’s value in the domestic market.
On the global front, gold prices also witnessed a slight dip. The international price of gold fell by $21, settling at $3,368 per ounce.
Experts believe the ongoing volatility in global economic conditions, fluctuations in the dollar rate, and shifting investor sentiment are contributing factors to the decline in gold prices both locally and internationally.
