TEL AVIV – Some good news coming from war-torn Gaza as US President Donald Trump and Prime Minister of Israel Netanyahu made secret deal to end Gaza War in two weeks.
Two sides reportedly reached historic agreement to end the ongoing Gaza fighting after 20 months of bombardment, according to international media. The breakthrough comes as part of a broader diplomatic initiative involving several Arab states and a renewed push for Middle East stability.
The consensus document obtained by local outlets, includes following major provisions. Gaza hostilities will cease within fortnight and coalition of four Arab nations including Egypt and UAE will assume temporary governance of the Gaza Strip.
Hamas will be removed from power, with remaining leadership offered exile in third-party countries. The release of hostages is also reportedly part of the agreement.
Multiple countries around the world are expected to open their doors to Gaza residents seeking emigration, aiming to ease humanitarian pressure and support regional de-escalation.
The plan also includes a significant diplomatic dimension — Saudi Arabia, Syria, and additional Muslim-majority nations are expected to normalize ties with Israel under a broadened Abraham Accords framework, a hallmark of Trump’s earlier presidency.
Israel is said to be prepared to express formal willingness to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict based on a two-state model, provided the Palestinian Authority undergoes substantial reforms.
United States, under this reported plan, would acknowledge limited Israeli sovereignty in parts of Judea and Samaria (the West Bank), though specifics remain unclear.
