ISLAMABAD – Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission at the High Commission of Malaysia Mr. Mohd Syafik Firdaus Bin Hasbullah paid a courtesy visit to President Pakistan Observer, Mr. Gauhar Zahid Malik at the newspaper’s head office.
During the meeting, Mr Malik and visiting dignitary exchanged views on matters of mutual interest, with a particular focus on enhancing bilateral relations between Malaysia and Pakistan.
Hasbullah commended Pakistan Observer for its unwavering commitment to impartial and fair journalism, especially its efforts in promoting unity and awareness within the Muslim Ummah.
In light of Hasbullah’s contributions to strengthening diplomatic ties between the two brotherly nations, Mr. Gauhar Zahid Malik presented him with a commemorative souvenir. Mr. Abdullah Gauhar Malik, Digital Editor and Team Lead at Pakistan Observer, was also present during the meeting.
The visit of Malaysian Diplomat reaffirmed shared commitment of Malaysia and Pakistan to further deepen cooperation across multiple domains, including media, diplomacy, and cultural exchange.
