ISLAMABAD — Petrol, and diesel prices soared by up to Rs11 per Litre in Pakistan from July 16, in another blow to inflation-hit masses.
Finance Division announced an increase in the prices of petroleum products, which will take effect from July 16, 2025. This revision comes after recommendations from the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and relevant ministries.
Price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) has been increased by Rs. 11.37 per liter, bringing the new price to Rs. 284.35 per liter from the previous Rs. 272.98. Meanwhile, the price of MS (petrol) has been raised by Rs. 5.36 per liter, now standing at Rs. 272.15 compared to the earlier Rs. 266.79.
