MANAMA – Pakistan’s teenage snooker prodigy Hasnain Akhtar stormed into the final of the IBSF World Under-17 Snooker Championship, in perfect display of talent, nerves, and sheer dominance.
The young cueist delivered snooker masterclass that left his opponents and spectators stunned. After dispatching Poland’s Krzysztof Czapnik 3-1 in the quarterfinals earlier in the day, Hasnain took things up several notches in the semifinal.
Facing another Polish opponent, Oliwier Niesłowik, Hasnain delivered an utter demolition, winning 4-0 in the best-of-seven clash without letting a single frame slip away.
