Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan has directed to establish an Online Complaint Portal with the aim to provide a facility to the public for lodging their complaints directly with the competent authorities. He issued the directives while chairing a meeting held in Quetta on Wednesday to review the performance of Chief Minister Delivery Unit.
Jam Kamal said the aim of establishing the Chief Minister Delivery Unit is to transform the official system into E-Governance which will improve the performance of government institutions.
