Khorev, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Pakistan, for an academic engagement held at the CIPS Boardroom.
The Ambassador delivered a thought-provoking address focused on the historical and evolving dimensions of Pakistan-Russia relations, prospects for future cooperation, and the significance of the upcoming 80th anniversary of the end of World War II.
