Food Authority Islamabad has raided and sealed a bakery for using hatchery eggs in sweets, reported on Sunday.
Headed by Deputy Director Islamabad Food Authority, a food safety team checked a bakery unit located at Lahtrar Center which was using rotten eggs for making sweets.
Taking action against the bakery, the food safety team wasted 2,000 dirty hatchery eggs which were recovered from the bakery premises.
