A gruesome scenario of a faith-based confrontation between a few Muslims and Christians is visible in the city of Jaranwala consecutively on classified media. God know better is it a reaction of a blasphemy on behalf of the Christian group or an attempt of the political mafia to create a chaos in the country, anyhow this turmoil has brought an utmost negation to the super teachings of Islam which is the component of brotherhood, plurism and tolerance. In Islamic system specific ordinances were promulgated for the respect, safety and utmost esteem for their religious rituals and safeguard of the prayer places and property of the minority even for the infidels.
The faithful commanders of Islam ordered the public even to abstain from the ill speaking against non-Muslims and commit no desecration to their faith and prayer places. The Holy Quran in its many segments have given the graphic details about the relationship between Muslims and the non-Muslims. One of the Quranic segment reads, “Surely mankind is but one family, we made you in tribes and families that you may know each other”. Islam, thus lays down the basis of vast brotherhood in which all men and women to whatever tribe or nation or caste they may belong and whatever be their profession or rank in society. They are wealthy or poor, have equal rights of brotherhood, in the brotherhood all members should treat each other, as member of the same family.
One thing is noteworthy that if Quran puts stress about the brotherhood love and respect of the faith of the non-Muslims, the teachings of the Jesus Christ also are based on the same doctrine love for others even if they are not their co-faith are the components of the Christianity. The Bible, the Divine Book reads, “Allah alone can forgive sins and those who if commit any in morality or wrong with each other, forgive each other”.
Actually both the religion touches the highest reverence for human being but unawareness of human values and faith doctrine in the present society has created turmoil like that. Anyhow if we explore into the incidents alike prevailing globally that bringing up of a child plays a vital role to make a human beings into a true human being or in-human being. Good parenting can make a child a thorough human being. Quran reads, “The house is the real nursery in which the moral training of a man begins”.
An alumnus Fulbright scholar Zeeshan Ansari from “Florida Institute of Technology” in his book “Simulation of Suicide Bombing” has analyzed that truth is that extremism and fundamentalism is the output of lack of the ability of tolerance and lack of respect for each other. Extremists and fundamentalists are not prepared to listen to any opposing opinion and avoid conflicting views moreover in his estimation using some dense mathematics to predict the more incidents of extremism before it happens and adding more inputs to the database we can save more and more lives and laceration.
He elaborated many other techniques to prevent the extremism. Anyhow it is a tremendous truth that laceration in Jaranwala has brought a “Disparagement” to whole of the Muslim society and fundamentalists have driven discrepancies between Muslim and Christian communities. Affectees need to be compensated of fully and consoled from all the agencies and peoples of Pakistan, culprits deserve to be punished lavishly and evidently.
