LAHORE – Pakistani citizens are required to get their educational certificates attested from the competent authority if they are planning to go to foreign countries for study or employment purposes.

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) attests Bachelors, Masters and other above level degrees while matric and intermediate certificates and results cards are attested by the relevant Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) and then Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC).

Applicants can visit the relevant BISE physically or get application form online for attestation of result cards and certificates.
