ISLAMABAD – Pakistani armed forces display stunning military prowess and professional excellence at the Parade Ground as part of the celebrations to mark Pakistan Day. At the event, Chinese People’s Liberation Army troops also joined Pakistan’s Republic Day parade in capital.
Special feature of Pakistan Day Parade this year was air show and participation of People’s Liberation Army (PLA) China’s Services.
Forces of Pakistan’s iron friend paid tribute to peace and prosperity of Pakistan and the deep China-Pakistan friendship.
During rehearsals, a contingent of Chinese Army was also quite impressive. PLA Honor Guards, formed in 1952, take part in major national events in Pakistan and other friendly nations.
The friendship between Pakistan and China is higher than the mountains, deeper than the oceans, as two sides maintained close and friendly relations since the establishment of diplomatic ties.
