Civil Judge-1 Abbottabad has issued contempt of Court notice to Galliyat Development Authority (GDA) in which they were asked to comply the stay order granted by said court in Ayubia Chairlift case, but the authority has suspended the Chair lift operation claiming that it was declared dangerous by an international firm in 2019.
Civil Judge-1 Abbottabad Shahid Zaman in a contempt petition filed by Mohammad Ayaz Khan, contractor Ayubia Chair Lift , issued notices to respondents and directed the Baliff to visit the spot, prepared detailed report after spot inspection and mainatain the ststus quo already granted . The court directed the baliff to submit detailed report on or before date fixed,
Earlier court has granted stay order but GDA authorities has stopped the chairlift operation by declaring it unsafe & dangerous.
