The Delhi-controlled State Investigation Agency (SIA) has filed a charge-sheet in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir against six Kashmiris
According to Kashmir Media Service, unknown armed men had shot and injured three non-local labourers in Gagran area of Shopian town on July 13, 2023.
SIA has filed a charge-sheet before a Special Court in Kulgam. Those charge-sheeted include Adnan Shafi, Zahid Ahmad Shah, Hanzil Yaqoob Shah, Danish Hameed Thoker, Hazim Rashid Sheikh and Midhat Ahmad Dar.
Two of them Hanzil Yaqoob Shah and Danish Hameed Thoker have been killed by Indian troops during cordon and search operations. The next hearing for the case is scheduled for February 20, 2024, as announced by the court.—KMS
