Former Punjab Chief Minister and PTI president Chaudhry Parvez Elahi has decided to file an appeal in the Supreme Court against the rejection of his nomination papers.
He made this decision after consulting his lawyer Sardar Abdul Raziq Khan Advocate in Adiala Jail, where he is currently detained on corruption charges.
He discussed various legal issues with his lawyer and expressed confidence that he would get justice from the apex court. He also met his family members in the jail and thanked them for their support. Chaudhry Parvez Elahi’s nomination papers were rejected on technical grounds.
