LAHORE – A fire has erupted at Hafeez Centre, a well-known mobile phone and computers market, in Lahore.
The incident caused panic among shopkeepers and customers as thick smoke billowed from the commercial plaza.
Rescue 1122 teams reached the scene promptly and began firefighting operations. According to initial reports, the blaze spread quickly across multiple electronics and mobile phone shops.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, and no casualties have been reported so far.
Hafeez Centre, located on Main Boulevard Gulberg, is one of Pakistan’s largest electronics and IT markets, home to hundreds of shops dealing in mobile phones, laptops, computer accessories, CCTV systems, and electronic repairs.
The center attracts thousands of customers daily, making it a major hub for business and technology-related services in Lahore.
