Spokesperson for the Sindh Government, Mustafa Abdullah Baloch, visited the Trauma Center at Civil Hospital Karachi today to assess the hospital’s facilities and the quality of care provided to patients. During the visit, he reviewed the available medical services and engaged with patients, expressing satisfaction over the positive feedback he received.
Baloch highlighted that the Sindh Government has made substantial investments in the healthcare sector, particularly in the Trauma Center, which is now equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment and emergency services. The Trauma Center offers a wide range of services, including free plastic and maxillofacial surgeries, as well as peripheral angioplasty for diabetic patients and treatment for liver cancer.
“The Trauma Center serves as a vital healthcare resource not just for the people of Sindh but for patients from across Pakistan,” said Baloch. He further emphasized that the Sindh Government’s commitment to expanding healthcare access is evident in the increasing health budget, which funds numerous health initiatives across the province.
The spokesperson also noted that many patients from other provinces travel to Karachi for treatment, underscoring the hospital’s reputation as a hub of medical excellence.
