ISLAMABAD – The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has cancelled screening tests for the ministerial posts due to unknown reasons.

The Commission has cancelled the tests of various posts, including Assistant, DEO, UDC and LDC, scheduled for September 14 and 15.

“It is informed that due to administrative reasons, the scheduled Screening Tests for the Ministerial Posts of FPSC i.e., Assistant (BS-15), DEO (BS-14), UDC (BS-13) and LDC (BS-11) to be held from 14th — 15th September 2024, stand cancelled,” read the public notice shared on the FPSC official website.

The development has left the candidates surprised as they were fully prepared to appear in the tests to secure the government job.

Now they are waiting for the announcement regarding new schedule for the screening tests of the above mentioned posts.

Update on New Schedule for Screening Test

FPSC has not made any announcement regarding new schedule for Screening Test for ministerial posts. The schedule will be updated as soon as it is issued by the Commission.

FPSC Mandate

FPSC has been mandated to conduct tests and examinations for recruitment of persons to All-Pakistan Services, the civil services of the Federation, and civil posts in connection with affairs of the Federation in basic scales 16 and above or equivalent.
