KARACHI – Gold ended week on strong note in Pakistan, witnessing total gain of Rs3,400 per tola over last two days on July 12.
The precious metal ended week trading at Rs358,100 per tola after Rs1,100 increase during the day. The price of 10 grams of gold also rose, settling at Rs307,013 after gaining Rs944 on Saturday.

On Friday, gold had surged by Rs2,300 per tola, pushing the rate to Rs357,000 and setting the stage for this week’s bullish close.
International markets mirrored the upward trend, with gold prices climbing by $11 to reach $3,356 per ounce, including a $20 premium. The increase reflects growing investor interest in safe-haven assets amid ongoing global economic uncertainties.
Silver also followed the positive momentum, ending the week with a Rs85 gain per tola, priced at Rs4,022.
