Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Umar Ata Bandial has said that the federal government should adopt measures to stop foreign currency smuggling.
The Chief Justice remarked this on Friday while heading a three-member bench comprising of Justice Ayesha A Malik and Justice Athar Minallah which heard the Federal Board of Revenue’s petition challenging the Lahore High Court order regarding collection of Super Tax from large scale industries.
