The High Court of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir has quashed the illegal detention of two persons who were booked under the black law, Public Safety Act (PSA). A bench of Justice M A Chowdhary quashed the unlawful detention of Fahim Ahmad Check and Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat.—KMS
