Sindh government has approved a health insurance agreement for the employees of the Sindh Secretariat and their dependents. This contract has been signed between the Sindh government and State Life Insurance. Under this agreement, employees of the Sindh Secretariat, Chief Minister’s House, Governor’s Secretariat, and Sindh Assembly will benefit from this facility. The signing ceremony was conducted by the Secretary General of Administration and the Executive Director of State Life Insurance. Each family member will have a health insurance policy worth Rs 700,000 for medical treatment, as stated by Secretary General Administration Sohail Ahmed Qureshi. The policy allows employees to seek treatment at 175 hospitals across the country. Qureshi emphasized that the employees of the Secretariat have welcomed this decision.
