ISLAMABAD – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday issued notice to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) regarding PTI founder Imran Khan’s bail plea in the Toshakhana Case II.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb of the Islamabad High Court head the case.
The Special Judge Central had previously rejected Imran Khan’s bail request while Bushra Bibi’s bail in the Toshakhana-II case had been approved.
The court issued a notice to the FIA on Imran Khan’s bail plea and adjourned the hearing indefinitely. The next date of hearing is in the office.
