The Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir High Court has quashed detention of two persons under black under Public Safety Act (PSA).
According to Kashmir Media Service, a bench of Justice Sanjay Dhar quashed the orders of Zubair Ashraf Khan and Aurang Zab Khan and ordered their immediate release from jail.
In their separately filed pleas, the duo had challenged the detention orders through advocate G N Shaheen. The court directed the Modi government to release them from preventive custody.—KMS
