In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Hurriyat leaders and organizations have said that India has converted the entire territory into the world’s largest jail by besieging its people every now and then.
The leaders and organizations in their statements issued in Srinagar said that the Modi-led Hindutva government is increasing the number of its troops in the occupied territory to suppress the freedom movement but the Kashmiris are determined to spearhead their liberation cause against all odds.
They pointed out that deployment of around one million Indian soldiers in occupied Jammu and Kashmir was a proof that India is fighting a lost war and the freedom-loving people have defeated it.
Jammu and Kashmir Tehreek-e-Wahdat-e-Islami in a statement urged the world community to break its criminal silence and take notice of the Indian state terrorism in Kashmir.
Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Social Peace Forum, Advocate Devinder Singh Behl in a statement in Jammu said that India’s status in the territory is just of a usurper because Kashmiris have not accepted its occupation from the day one.
Indian authorities have shifted the Vice Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League, Mohammad Yusuf Mir to Kot Bhalwal jail, Jammu, in a false case.
The party Acting Chairman, Abdul Ahad Parra, in a statement in Srinagar strongly condemned the act saying that Muhammad Yousuf Mir had been languishing in jails for last five years despite court has quashed his detention under Public Safety Act and ordered his release.

Around a dozen people were arrested by Indian forces during their military operation in Gram Morh area of Reasi district.
