The Mansehra police busted a four-member inter-district car lifter gang and recovered 24 stolen vehicles worth millions of rupees.
Under the supervision of DPO Mansehra Asif Bahadur, the Mansehra police through use of modern scientific technology traced an inter-district car lifter gang.
During grand operation, four members of the gang including Altaf Hussain s/o Faqir Muhammad hailing from Abbottabad, Nadeem alias Papoo s/o Muhammad Bashir, from Mansehra, Shabeer Ahmed s/o Nazeer Ahmed and Fazl Razaq, both from Peshawar.
The police recovered 24 stolen vehicles worth millions of rupees including a Surf car, four XLI Mehran, four carry vans, two XE cars, a Honda City, a GLI car and two Suzuki vans. The police have impounded the recovered vehicles.
