LAHORE – Good news for Electric Vehicles lovers in Pakistan with the addition of another cheaper version. Inverex Xio is the latest edition to woo urban drivers looking for EV rides on budget, as the car offers a practical and eco-friendly alternative for city commuting. Xio EV has been rebranded by Inverex for the Asian market and is available in three variants, offering multiple travel ranges, making it suitable for everything from quick city runs to longer daily commutes.
Apparently, it is same the size of entry level petrol cars, but is packed with latest features. The car offers top speed of 101 km/h, it is purpose-built for navigating urban roads efficiently and comfortably. The three models offer range options of 140 km, 220 km, and 320 km respectively. All variants are powered by Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM), with output ranging from 15 kW (30 PS) to 18 kW (35 PS) and torque figures between 95–105 Nm.

The top-tier EV-320 offers an impressive 320 km range, powered by the same 18 kW motor but with a larger 31.28 kWh NCM battery, also equipped with fast charging capabilities. EV-140 features standard air cooling, both higher-end models use natural air cooling systems. With these options, Inverex is targeting a broad range of urban users looking for efficient, eco-friendly, and affordable electric mobility solutions.
Backed by LFP Lithium Iron Phosphate battery, it is available on EV-220 and EV-320, taking approximately 36 minutes. The vehicle includes 2.8 kW AC charger with a Type 2 European port, while the higher two variants also support DC fast charging via CCS2 connectors. Inverex is backing the Xio EV with a 5-year/100,000 km vehicle warranty and an 8-year/120,000 km battery warranty.
