As per senior Israeli official, Israeli agency established secret drone base within Iranian territory, which played central role in mission. The official claimed action disrupted Iran’s ability to launch projectiles at Israel as broader Israeli military strikes started.
The newly released clip appears to show two undercover agents launching missiles from inside Iran, highlighting the extent of Mossad’s covert reach. Israeli operatives reportedly smuggled advanced weapons systems into Iran.
A third component of operation involved placement of precision-guided missiles near anti-aircraft installations in central Iran by Mossad commandos. The full scope and impact of operation are still being assessed. Iranian authorities have yet to issue a formal response.
This unprecedented disclosure marks one of most detailed public glimpses into Mossad’s covert activities in recent years and comes amid escalating tensions between Israel and Iran.
